Test Run Assignee Summary Report

The report shows an overview of the test results across all of theTest runs you include in the report, based on the assignees assigned to the Test run.

You can use this report to get an overview of the assignee’s assigned to the test runs within a single report and the status of test runs.

How to Generate Test Run Assignee Summary ?

1. Goto Reports page, Click on Project->Reports.
2. Click on "+ Add report" Button.
3. Select the Report Type as Test Run Assignee Summary.
4. Enter the Report Title and Choose the details.
5. Click on Save.
6. Test Run Assignee summary report generated successfully.

Action

Export Report

To Export (CSV, PDF) format of the report

1. Click on the “⋮” in the Action column of a report.
2. Choose to click on “Export CSV” or “Export Pdf” Format.
3. In generated report you can see Test run Status (s) based on assignees

A pie chart showing a status of runs. This gives users a quick view of the overall status and also a ratio of runs .

Sharable Report Links

Click on “Share Report”, a new tab will appear, other than the current tab and the shareable report link will be automatically copied to the clipboard.

Note: Advantages of the shareable report links in QATouch, are used for analyzing/displaying all types of reports without login into QATouch, and Shareable report links can be shared publicly for ease.
