Jira Dashboard Gadget

We can set up QA Touch Reports links in Jira Dashboard Gadget.

Create a custom issue type and use the description to capture whatever reports links you want to capture in Jira.

!. Create a custom issue type in Jira.

2. Create a filter for that custom issue type.

3. Use the Filter Results gadget against the query created in step 2 above and only select the Description field in the columns to be displayed.

4. Click Save.
5. Login in QA Touch and generate the reports for the Test Run Summary and Releases Summary for example.
6. Copy the shareable report urls.
7. Create an issue with the newly created custom issue type. In the description field in Jira. You can give the link name as Test Run Summary Report and link to the shareable Report link. Similarly, you can provide the other report links too.

Issue with Custom Issue type created with the QA Touch Report Links:

8. Click Create Dashboard in Jira and Add Gadget Filter Results. Configure this with the saved filter and select only the Description field.

9. Click Save.
10. You will be able to access QA Touch reports from Jira Dashboard now.
