Issue summary Report

Issue Summary Report shows an overview of all the issues and its status and priority Created in the particular project.You can also Filter the Issue summary report based on the priority and status of the issues.

How to Generate Issue Summary report ?

1. Goto Reports page, Click on Project->Reports.
2. Click on "+ Add report" Button.
3. Select the Report Type as Issue summary.
4. Enter the Report Title and Choose the details.
5. By choosing the Issue priority and status, a Report will be generated based on the selected criteria.
6. Click on Save.
7. Issue summary report generated successfully.

Action

Export Report

To Export (CSV) format of the report

1. Click on the “⋮” in the Action column of a report.
2. Choose to click on” Issue Reports”Format.
3. In the generated report, Defect code,summary,status,priority,etc.. are shown.

View Report

1. In the Report list page,click on view icon
2. Here you can see all the details about the issues in the report view page itself.

Sharable Report Links

Click on “Share Report”, a new tab will appear, other than the current tab and the shareable report link will be automatically copied to the clipboard.

Note: Advantages of the shareable report links in QATouch, are used for analyzing/displaying all types of reports without login into QATouch, and Shareable report links can be shared publicly for ease.
