If any user has forgotten the password, administrators can help them regain access to their account by setting a temporary password and sharing it with them. Without relying on the QA Touch support team, we can set up your temporary password by using Set Temporary Password Option .
How to Set a Temporary Password?
QA Touch Administrator can set temporary password for teammates by completing the following steps:
- Log into Qa Touch
- Navigate to the Administration -> User Management
- Search the user whose password has been forgotten in the user list page
- Then Click the lock icon to set up a temporary password
- A Pop up will appear which will show the temporary password
- Click Save. This will generate a password for the user.
- Copy the Temporary password and send it to the respective user.
