- Login to QA Touch
- Click Administration option in sidebar
- click Subscription tab option in project submenu
Update Card Details
You can update your card details from Administration -> Subscription -> Update Card Detail tab. Steps
- Sign in to your QA Touch.
- Go to Administration -> Subscription -> Update Card Detail tab
- Click the “Update Card Detail” button and a stripe payment popup will be displayed.
- Change card detail, Click the “Update Card Detail” button and a success message will be displayed.
Is my plan pricing per user based or in bulk?
QA Touch plans startup and professional are priced in bulk. That is, Startup plan is priced at $39.00/month for 10 users as a whole and not $39.00/user/month Professional plan is priced at $99/month for 30 users as a whole and not $99.00/user/month.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.
When will be my billing cycle starts?
Billing cycle starts on the date you purchased the plan and recurs on the same day of each month for a monthly plan. If you are in the annual subscription, it will recur in the same year next year.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, there are no long-term contracts.You can pay on a month-by-month and if you cancel your account, you will never be charged again.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription anytime.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause the subscription anytime.
Do you have QA Touch Annual subscription plan? How to purchase QA Touch Annual Plan?
Yes. We have an annual subscription option for both the Startup and Professional plan and you can avail the same. You will get 20% Off when you subscribe on an annual basis.
